Dive Sites at Beaver Cay Marine Sanctury:

Friendship Wall - max depth 10m
A coral and limestone wall which surrounds Beaver sand cay - divers are taken to the drop off site by dive tender and make their way back QuickCat along the reef wall over a myriad of giant sea fans, anenome fish, giant clams and soft and hard corals.

Intro Wall - max depth 12m
An easy, shallow dive along a coral wall with a sandy bottom - divers enter the water either from the cay or the back of the boat and make their way along the wall past coral bombies which are home to resident painted sweetlip, esturay cod, spangled emperor and various other reef species.

Northern Wall - max depth 14m
This expanse of coral fingers and walls is accessed via the back of the Quick Cat vessel - divers are guided over a seascape of hard and soft corals interspersed by sandy flats which are home to many types of sea cucumbers, starfish and fish species and end the dive back at the boat amongst schools of spangled emporer and yellowtailed fusiliers.

Mother-In-Law Bombie - max depth 18m
A standing bombie (aboriginal for 'stand alone') in approx 18m of water - divers are dropped at the site by tender and make their way back to Quick Cat along a coral wall surrounding Beaver sand Cay - look out for white tipped reef sharks, barracuda and mackeral cruising in the depths.

Shark Alley - max depth 20m
Home of the reef shark which are harmless and docile reef dwellers - this dive site is for the more adventurous and qualified diver - divers are taken to the site by tender and should be on the lookout for these gentle territorial reef species as they drop into 20 metres of crystal clear water.

Friendship Bombie - max depth 30m
One of our more extreme dives - this is a dive in 30 metres of water to a coral bottom with a towering bombie of hard and soft corals - come prepared for a breathtaking dive amongst sea fans, giant clams and myriads of reef fish.
